Simon took over ownership of the fish stall at The Goods Shed in January 2008, bringing his own enthusiasm and passion for a more diverse range of fish from sustainable, traceable sources. Aiming wherever possible to buy line caught, from British coastal waters.
Local fish are sourced direct from the boats such as The Luisia Bay and The Suzi Jane working deep sea and in shore around the Kent coast. Simon also has a contact for locally sourced, hand dived scallops, which are a regular feature at the Goods Shed Restaurant.
